Evo what?

Evocent Affectu.

I love shooting weddings.
I absolutely love it.
Some days I love it more than other days, but even when it’s hard…I still love it.

Evocent Affectu.

I love being a fly on the wall, capturing things like;
An older brother helping his younger brother tie his bow tie…
The final moments in the limo with father and bride, before the ceremony…
A groom reading a loving note from his bride to be…
A family tradition being passed on to a new generation during a reception…
The moment a father sees his little daughter, all grown up, and ready walk the aisle…
Hugs…

Evocent Affectu

In Latin it means “to evoke emotion”.
I love being able to capture moments that let couples relive those emotions. To evoke emotions. Some days I’m the one who evokes. Other days, I’m the one who’s emotions get evoked…

I truly believe it is an honor to be asked to document such a special day, and all the moments that make it so. A wedding day is so much more than just the ceremony. It is all the special moments that make up the day, that make it your day. Congratulations to Eddie and Julie, and thank you for letting us capture those moments for you!
